		<description>Hey Katy! Thanks for the recipe!  I love the blog.  I tried this one, with havarti cheese, which was a bit too bland. Good idea to stick with the Gruyere.  I threw some garlic powder on the top which was pretty good.  Thanks!  -- Jess M.</description>
