1 can chickpeas (15 ounces), drained
2 plum tomatoes, cut into sections
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Garnish and serve.
