		<description>I just made some biscotti and cut them too big.  I should have done half an inch cuts and instead did an inch.  Now I&#039;m afraid my guests will have a hard time eating them.  Any suggestions?  I tried cutting thinner after they were baked, but they were too hard and fell apart.</description>
