No, I’m kidding, it’s not really a chopsticks lesson, that’s just what I’m calling these photographs. I recently disovered the photography competition “Click!” and this photograph is my first entry. It’s a really fun idea — a photography contest that focuses uniquely on the photographs of a food or ingredient, and not on the recipes. I have to admit, it was kind of relaxing last night to not worry about cooking/baking/photographing a new creation! This month’s subject is nuts, so I just brought a bunch of almonds home and figured I’d just practice my photo technique for a night.
The photo above is my actual entry for Click, but since I had a few favorites, I figured I’d post two more below, just for fun.
