As many of you know, my first novel came out in November!  And since that first day I posted about it here, I’ve been almost breathless at how much support I’ve gotten.  For all of you who bought the book, left reviews, liked it on Facebook, or sent me an email in the last few months about it, you cannot imagine how excited and grateful I was every time.

So I decided to do something for you guys: for the next two days, Moving Neutral is free to anyone with a Kindle, iPad (with Kindle app) or a computer with the Kindle reader!  If you’ve already downloaded it, tell all your friends.  And if you haven’t, what better time to pick it up?

But what about those of you who already bought it?

Leave a comment below, and for each one of you who bought it when it was a whopping $3.99, I’ll donate the proceeds from your copy to your state’s public library!* Just tell me what library you pick (U.S. only), and if you want, let me know what you thought about the book!

* Yes, that means I’ll happily make 50 separate public library donations for each state.  But if you want to save me some mouse clicks, just choose Texas or New York!

Just got it! Can’t wait to read it! Also, can you do (and your readers) do me a huge favor? My fiance and I are trying to win a contest to get $150 off of our wedding cake, but we need the most “likes” on Facebook! Can you please vote for us??? Thank youuuu! http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150507054026090&set=a.10150507053961090.368628.93400151089&type=1&theater

Such a great idea to donate to public libraries! I get most of my kindle downloads for free from the public library, so it’s nice to hear they’re getting some support back.

What a treat, Katy! Chris said really nice things about your book when he read a draft, so I’m super excited to read it myself :) Hope to see you when we’re in Houston for a wedding at the end of March!

I have to say I got lucky because I was just going through Amazon’s recommendations and I found this book. Not only did it sound good but it was free. I actually spent the whole work day sneaking chances to read it. I absolutely loved this book. I felt all of the emotions that Casey was feeling. I loved all of the characters. I felt so bad for her after what April said at the party and I felt like I was living her heartbreak. I’m not going to lie I had tears in my eyes. And the ending left me wanting more. I really want to know what happens to their life at Columbia. You are a great writer and I hope you continue. I look forward to reading more of your books.
