A light, easy salad with the freshest ingredients, perfect for a hot summer day when you don’t want to eat anything too heavy.

Second Podcast

My second, and much improved, podcast, featuring an easy pie crust and creamy goat cheese filling with fresh chives and sauteed shallots.

This video includes the recipe for the tart shell and step-by-step instructions to make the filling and for baking the quiche.  It would make a great light supper or easy brunch dish, or bite-sized appetizers for a party!  A super easy and versatile recipe.

Second Podcast

My first podcast, scallion pancakes made with 100% whole wheat flour and quickly pan-fried.

Although the recipe was great, this video was definitely a first effort!  Watch one of the other ones too, because they definitely improved!
