Obsessed. Obsessed. Obsessed with these shoes.
If I had to choose a color combo that I love more than anything in the world, it would probably be black and gold. Sure, I love blue for my eyes, and pink for when I want to feel super girly, but if there’s a combination that I know never goes astray, it’s black and gold. Sophisticated, glam, understated — it’s basically my one stop shop for looking stylish.
So when Charlie My Love, a brand I completely adore (I featured one of their bags on one of my very first Sugarlaws style posts!), sent me a pair of their gorgeous heels, I could not have been more excited. And now that they’re mine, I’m literally never taking them off. I paired them with this Cynthia Steffe dress and my new Marc Jacobs bag, but they could be casual or dressy, laid back or chic. One of the things I love about the Charlie My Love line is that they mix fun, trendy glam pieces with a cool, New York, hipster edge. What more could a girl ask for?
Oh, I know. You could make them with cute purple soles that stand up to NY city sidewalks a lot better than a certain red-soled line we all know and love. Oh wait — done.
