Everything that’s happening right now in Japan is just terrifying.  My heart goes out to everyone there, and to all of you with friends and family who’ve been impacted.

I know you guys don’t need me to remind you, but you can make a difference by going here to give to the American Red Cross.  It’s easy to feel helpless after the amount of devastation that’s gone on, but the money they raise now will go towards providing medical help, food, water and countless other supplies to those in need.

You can also text REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation to the American Red Cross, which will show up on your next phone bill.

Katy, I just want to thank you for this post, and thank you for the kind message you sent to me as well, it feels like we are being battered over here, I’m so worried about the nuclear plant and the potential for a meltdown. You are a kind sole.
