Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, grated
2 eggs
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined. Remove and place into a microwavable bowl and microwave for 2 minutes or double boiler to melt mixture over low heat on the stove. Stir again to combine. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
