Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the chili powder, oregano, cumin, soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, garlic and olive oil. Mix until combined. Place the skirt steak in a shallow dish or large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Turn to coat evenly and let marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 4 minutes per side for medium rare or until desired doneness is reached. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
