Ingredients
1 pound flap steak, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 scallions, thinly sliced
8 slices salami
4 slices provolone cheese
4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Combine all Flavor Base ingredients in a blender and turn it to low speed. Slowly increase speed to high. Puree mixture until smooth. Divide Flavor Base into two equal portions and reserve.
