Ingredients

1 lb of Korean rice cakes

2 tablespoons of gochujang

2 tablespoons of sesame oil

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup of sugar

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of ginger, minced

1 onion, diced

3 scallions, chopped

2 tablespoons of fish sauce

2 cups of vegetable broth or water

1/4 cup kimchi

Directions

Pour the anchovy stock or water into a medium-sized pan. Add the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Make sure the paste is dissolved. Reduce the heat to medium.
