Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock or vegetable stock
2 tablespoons green peppercorns, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
After removing steaks from pan, turn heat to high, add olive oil and heat until shimmering. Add shallots and cook until softened and lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.
