1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

1 cup cornmeal

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup butter, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¾ cup milk

Directions

Adjust oven rack to middle position. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
