Preheat oven to 375°F . Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, butter, milk, eggs, herbs, and salt. Whisk until combined.
Add the flour and whisk until just combined; do not overmix. The batter should be lumpy.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!.
