Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 cups thinly sliced kale leaves
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 cup dry white wine or vegetable broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Directions
Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a two-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
