Ingredients

2 large apples, peeled and diced

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 refrigerated pie crusts

1 egg white, lightly beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . Grease a baking sheet. Unroll one of the pie crusts onto the prepared baking sheet. In a medium bowl, mix together butter, flour, cinnamon, and sugar until blended. Add diced apples and stir until evenly coated. Spoon mixture onto the center of the pie crust, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges. Unroll remaining pie crust on top of apple mixture and press edges together to seal in filling. Cut several slits in top of crust for steam to escape during baking. Brush lightly with egg white. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and bottom. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!.
