Easy Spicy Avocado in Low-Carb Pita Bread

Ingredients
2 pieces low-carb pita bread
shredded lettuce
1 very ripe avocado
1/4 tsp. spicy chile powder
1/4 tsp. salt or Vege-Sal, or a little more
Directions
Fold over two pieces of low-carb pita bread over and toast in the toaster oven. This takes about 1 minute per side. Cut Romaine Lettuce into thin strips and soak in ice-cold water in the salad spinner, then remove the water and spin the lettuce dry. Mash the avocado and then mix in spicy chile powder and salt to taste. Spread half the avocado mixture on each pita pocket. Top with shredded lettuce, fold over and eat!.
