I know I’m a broken record on this, but one of the most important things you can do for your skin is to stick to a healthy diet! Foods with vitamins, antioxidants and healthy fats will keep your skin glowing and healthy — and they’re easy to incorporate into your daily diet!
So I put together four of my favorite “Superfood” recipes, featuring salmon , kale , eggplant , tomatoes and avocado  — all amazing ingredients that make for a terrific skincare-focused diet! Generally, the richer the color on a food (naturally occurring — Cheetos don’t count!), the more it’s stocked with healthy vitamins and minerals. So work a salmon dinner or a snack of kale chips into your weekly routine, and your skin will thank you for it!
Also, don’t just think about recipes — there are also easy snacks you can have on hand to sneak into your everyday routine! When I get home at night, the first thing I eat is something with healthy fat: olives in our fridge or almonds in our pantry. A quick snack of a handful of either of those and I’m less hungry for junk food all night. Seriously, try this! Stocking your kitchen with fruits and veggies is also crucial — the easier they are to eat, the more likely you will be to reach for them!
