November 1st, 2011 · Print Print

I’ve had such an amazing time coming up with recipes that would match the classic elegance of these beautiful Noritake dishes, so I’m extra excited to give you guys the chance to win a set of your own!

Basically from the moment these arrived on our doorstep, I’ve been using them for everything from casual dinners to midnight snacks — and I can’t wait to host my first dinner party with them.

Noritake has offered four place settings of either of the patterns I used for these recipes — their beautiful Kealia or the Colorwave pattern!  You can pick the color of your choice (pending availability, of course)!

To enter, head over to the Noritake website and spend a little time poking around — then come back here and leave a comment telling me which one of their beautiful patterns is your favorite!

I’ll announce a randomly selected winner next week (US shipping only)!  Good luck guys!

Update: The winner is Comment 25, Towanda Foster!  I’ll be emailing for your address and your choice ASAP!

I have the Colowave in chocolate…absolutely LOVE it!

  • 7 Maggie // Nov 1, 2011 at 8:38 am

Love the colorwave in chocolate. Would be such an upgrade to the everyday set we have had since we got married 11 years ago!

  • 8 Mary // Nov 1, 2011 at 8:50 am

The Colorwave in blue (wide rim) is the only pattern that my husband and I could agree on. We both love it for everyday!

I’m pretty much obsessed with the Kealia Blue!

  • 17 Irene // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:30 am

I like the colorwave rasberry, it would add some nice color contrast to plain dishes :) p.s. I also poked around on the website and like the textured spice collection!

  • 18 Joe // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:33 am

Sten is the one that catches my eye!

  • 19 Eileen // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:35 am

I LOVE the new style of the Colorblock series. I’d have to see in person to decide about color. My very first wedding china and crystal were Noritake, but Wedgewood Basketweave is my everyday china. It would be wonderful to have some of these contemporary dishes in the squared off shape. Crossing my fingers for luck in this giveaway.

  • 20 Ashley B // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:47 am

I really love the Colorwave collection… particularly the Colorwave Raspberry. I loved the polka dots on the Mocha Java collection too!

  • 21 Erin in PA // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:50 am

I would have to say that I like the Kealia Blue as a favorite for serving — although the Kealia Green is a VERY close second! I have had a set of white stoneware from Crate and Barrel for 8 years as my go to dinnerware, and while I love it; it would be awesome to jazz up dinner with another color!

  • 22 Mimi // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:52 am

I love them all!  The montvale platinum would be nice for entertaining.

  • 23 Nicole C. // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:52 am

The ‘Combo’ pattern in the Tempo collection caught my eye…I really need to update and modernize my kitchen and I think this set would be very inspiring!

  • 24 Kati // Nov 1, 2011 at 10:53 am

I was recently married and we purchased the cream colorwave. We absolutely love it as it goes well with funky napkins, chargers, and other decor.

  • 25 Towanda Foster // Nov 1, 2011 at 11:00 am

I am not sure why you ask to pick just one.  There were so many beautiful patterns.  But since I can only choose one, it would have to be the Crestwood Platinum dinnerware with the Rockford Platinum stemware.

  • 26 Lisa F // Nov 1, 2011 at 11:01 am

The White Pepper pattern is fabulous!  Would love to win this. thanks!

  • 27 Kelly // Nov 1, 2011 at 11:06 am

I love the Colorware graphite!  They look similar to the set I got for my wedding, but with a more elegant, modern twist.  I’m always on the lookout to update our dinnerware from the fresh-out-of-college, newlywed phase!

  • 58 Annie // Nov 1, 2011 at 7:50 pm

    I adore the Kealia Green!

  • 59 Beth // Nov 1, 2011 at 9:40 pm

I really like the Kealia Blue.  I’ve been using the same chipped, old, hand-me-down place settings for 10 years now.  I live in a really modern home so grandma’s china needs to go!  The Kealia Blue matches my color scheme and softens the hard modern edges.  It’s perfect!

  • 60 Christina // Nov 1, 2011 at 11:32 pm
