The weather is changing incredibly quickly here in New York, and I know that in a few weeks, I’m going to be pulling out my heavy coats and tights. I’m a summer girl through and through, so I’m dreading it a little bit — but at least I’ll have fall recipes and flavors to cheer me up. The time of year between September and New Year’s is so full of energy and fun, I’m actually looking forward to it. Now I just need to make this soufflé again, and I’ll be ready for November.
