menswear gone glam

There are very few things that are hotter than menswear on a woman. It's not a look that I can pull off that much -- it helps so much to be tall, or voluptuous, or a number of other characteristics that I'm decidedly not. But when I was thinking about what to pair with this skirt (the same one from my Tory video earlier this week!), I found myself wandering over to Chad's closet more than my own.

Enter: the men's tuxedo shirt. Even better would probably be to find a well-tailored women's mock-tuxedo shirt, but for a look you'll probably only wear once or twice, it's a lot more cost-conscious to borrow one.

A little bit of double-stick tape is a necessity here -- the sexy unbuttoned look is hot, wardrobe malfunctions are not. Take it from a girl who's had her share of mishaps with the low-V -- a little tape upfront will save you a lot of embarrassment later on.
