I love this shot that photographer Jorge Aguilera snapped of me at the tents yesterday! It was one of the few days where the temperature has climbed above thirty degrees, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to spend a few minutes in the sunshine. After a freezing winter with an almost unbearable amount of snow, days like yesterday remind me why New York can be so fabulous when it wants to be.
I think it may be that February Fashion Week is a little more chill than September, but I’ve really had a blast this week. Getting to hang out with some of my favorite bloggers during and between shows, getting to see some absolutely amazing clothing, and running myself into the ground with exhaustion (in a good way!) trying to be everywhere at once.
Katya of Style Defined described Fashion Week as “summer camp for the sartorially inclined,” and I think that’s a really good way to put it! There’s nothing quite like it, and I’m so happy to be a part of it! I know I’m a broken record this week, but it’s hard not to be in awe of it all!
