Ingredients
8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mint Chimichurri:
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
Directions
Season lamb chops generously with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill lamb chops to desired doneness . Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
