Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
Chad and I are back from Texas (where it was nearly eighty degrees on the day before Thanksgiving, which was pretty amazing), and I’m ready to eat nothing but salads and sushi for about a month to undo some of the damage from the last few days!
We had an awesome time — I even carved the Thanksgiving turkey! It came out of the oven and no one had any idea what to do with it, so I pulled up a YouTube video and went to town — turns out it’s basically the same as carving a roasted chicken, but I was pretty proud of myself. Chad grabbed my camera as I was doing it, so it’s fully documented for you guys.
