Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces apricot nectar
3/4 ounce apricot brandy
3/4 ounce cognac
3 ounces sparkling wine
mint sprig for garnish
Directions
Combine apricot nectar, cognac, and apricot brandy in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Add sparkling wine and stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
