Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
- 3 slices birthday cake, cubed
- Sprinkles, for topping, optional
Directions
- Heat your oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, then keep it nearby.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt, and stir until the mixture is smooth and combined. Fold in the cubed cake, including the frosting, using a gentle hand. The cake may start to fall apart in the wet mixture, and that is completely fine. Add sprinkles on top if you want them.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a knife poked near the middle pulls out clean. Serve it warm or cold.
