Ingredients
- 1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
- 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and pureed
- 1/4 cup juice from 2 to 3 lemons
- 6 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
Directions
- Add the avocado, lemon juice, and condensed milk to the bowl of your electric mixer with the paddle in place. Beat on medium-low until the mixture turns silky and creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Use a spoon or spatula to fold in the chocolate morsels so they’re spread through the filling. Spoon the mixture into the chocolate crust. Cover the pie, move it to the refrigerator, and let it chill until the filling firms up, at least 2 hours. Add whipped cream when serving, if you’d like.
