Our Favorite Bluetooth Speaker

Saturday cleanup at our house runs on music. With six kids, a sink full of breakfast dishes, and a laundry pile that never quite ends, somebody always wants a soundtrack — and that somebody is usually our oldest, who has strong opinions about the playlist. We looked hard at cheaper picks, including a well-reviewed Anker around forty-five dollars, and for a smaller household that might have been plenty. But the Bose SoundLink Flex held up where it counted: the battery lasts through a whole day of chores, it pairs quickly when six people are grabbing for it, and it has taken a few tumbles off the counter without so much as a hiccup. Spending a bit more once beat replacing a bargain speaker three times, which is exactly the math a family our size has learned to respect.
