Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb leftover turkey meat, sliced
- 1/2 cup or so of leftover turkey gravy
- Stock or water
- 4 large slices of rustic bread
Directions
- Warm the gravy in a skillet until it starts to bubble. If it looks too thick, stir in a little stock or water to loosen it.
- Add the sliced cooked turkey to the skillet. Turn the pieces in the gravy until they’re coated all over, and keep heating until the meat is warmed through.
- Set a slice of bread on a plate; rustic French or Italian loaf works nicely here. Spoon the sliced turkey and gravy over the bread.
