Lavender-Earl Grey Flourless Chocolate Cake
A flourless chocolate cake flavored with earl grey tea, lavender, and flaky sea salt.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried lavender flowers
Directions
For the Cake: Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch springform pan with 1 tablespoon butter and line exterior of pan with foil. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Maldon salt over pan bottom.
