Peach Cobbler Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp butter
• 3 Tbsp white cake mix )
• 1 – 2 pinches of cinnamon )
• 2 1/2 Tbsp milk
• 1 diced peaches in light syrup

Directions

1. Put the butter in a mug and microwave it until melted. While that happens, whisk the cake mix with the cinnamon in a small bowl. Add the milk and stir until the batter is smooth and combined.
2. Add the batter to the mug over the melted butter, but resist the urge to stir. Pour off 2 Tbsp liquid from the peaches, about 2/3 of the liquid, and discard it or drink it. Spoon the peaches onto the cake mix, again without stirring.
3. Cook in the microwave at 50% power for about 3 – 4 minutes, stopping when it reaches the doneness you like; the exact timing can shift with your microwave oven and its wattage. Let it cool a bit, since it will be very hot, then, if you like, finish with vanilla ice cream and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
