Everyday Sesame Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 cups shredded cabbage
2 carrots, grated or julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Taste and add additional sweetener if desired. Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl, drizzle evenly with the vinaigrette, and toss until evenly combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!.
