How to make?
Ingredients
4 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir. Allow to rest for at least 15 minutes, then serve. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.
