Ingredients
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 packages refrigerated pie crusts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll one of the pie crusts and place it in a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp edges as desired. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, milk, cream of chicken soup, and frozen vegetables; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Unroll remaining pie crust and place over top of filling; crimp edges together to seal. Cut several slits in top of crust to allow steam to escape during baking. Brush with remaining melted butter if desired. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around edges. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
