Ingredients
1 lb cod fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, melted butter, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour olive oil over them. Spread the lemon juice mixture over the top of the fillets. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy!.
