Preheat oven to 400 degrees F .
In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Trim the ends off of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl with the cheese mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork. Serve warm.
