Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup chopped pecans

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. In a medium bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, pecans, vanilla extract, eggs, salt, baking powder, sugar and flour until well blended. Stir in the melted butter until completely combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!.
