How to make?
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup dried fruit
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F . In a large bowl, combine the oats, dried fruit, sea salt, and cinnamon. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and honey or maple syrup together until combined. Pour the melted coconut oil mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated. Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time to ensure even browning. Remove from oven and let cool completely before adding in chopped nuts of your choice . Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!.
