Steaming Vegetables

How to make?
Ingredients
1 lb of fresh vegetables
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water or vegetable broth
Directions
Wash your vegetables well, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. I tend to leave peels on, but it is a personal preference. Arrange them, in a single layer, in steamer trays according to needed cooking time.
