1/2 cup butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
6 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Citrus Glaze:
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice or orange juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Coat loaf pan generously with nonstick spray; line bottom and long sides with parchment paper, leaving about 1 1/2-inch overhang. Coat paper with nonstick spray.
