Broccoli Gratin
This Broccoli Gratin with Swiss and Parmesan cheese is a great option for a an easy and delicious Thanksgiving side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Grease an 8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Place cooked broccoli in the dish and pour heavy cream over top. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the broccoli.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around the edges. Serve warm. Enjoy!
