Roasted Lemon Salmon and Asparagus Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients
1 lb. salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lemons, sliced into thin rounds
1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place asparagus and lemon slices on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Spread evenly over the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon fillets on top of the vegetables and spread the butter mixture over them evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm with additional lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!.
