Ingredients

2 bunches of kale, washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 2 cloves garlic, minced
