Roasted Asparagus Wrapped in Ham

Ingredients

1 bunch of asparagus spears, trimmed

4 slices of ham, cut into strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus spears and toss to coat evenly. Wrap each asparagus spear with a strip of ham and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese mixture over the top of the wrapped asparagus spears. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and ham is lightly browned. Serve warm. Enjoy!.
