Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 salmon fillets
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together the black pepper, sea salt, basil, oregano, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil until combined. Place the salmon fillets on a plate and brush each side with the olive oil mixture. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and lightly charred on both sides. Serve immediately with your favorite sides and enjoy!.
