2 ounces of vodka

1 ounce of amaretto liqueur

1/2 ounce of fresh lime juice

1/4 ounce of simple syrup

Maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions

Fill a glass about two thirds full of ice. Add whiskey and amaretto. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Serve.
