Ingredients
1 lb. turkey sausage
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup diced onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Set aside. Spread the cooked sausage in the bottom of the prepared baking dish and top with diced onion and bell peppers. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and pour egg mixture over top. Gently stir to combine all ingredients together. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
