Low Carb Reuben Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup low carb Thousand Island dressing
3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . In a large bowl, mix together the cheese, salt and pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, onion and ground beef. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges and remove the core from each wedge. Place the wedges in a large pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Drain and let cool slightly. Place 1/8 of the meat mixture onto each cabbage wedge and roll up tightly. Place seam side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned on top. Serve warm with additional Thousand Island dressing if desired. Enjoy!.
