Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, oregano, chili powder, cumin, garlic, lime juice and olive oil. Place the desired amount of fajita meat in a shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the meat and stir to coat evenly. Cover or seal the dish or bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Season with salt and pepper to taste before cooking as desired. Enjoy!.
